Stephanie Agekameh is a Nigerian-born multifaceted fashion model who sees modeling and other creative arts as one of the truest, most liberating forms of expression. She started modelling officially as a freelancer in late 2018 and has since been involved in numerous creative projects such as fashion workshops, fashion films, photography school events, TV commercials and the curation of various lookbooks, to name a few.
With an intense love for all things fashion stemming right from her early childhood days, her passion for creativity, storytelling and true self-expression has been the ultimate bedrock on which her career has been built.
“Through modelling, I hope to not only correct certain stereotypes and beauty 'standards' while inspiring others to do the same, but also to help others learn to love, find genuine joy, happiness, acceptance and most importantly, contentment in their own bodies----especially with their perceived 'imperfections'.”
Having lived in Ukraine for about 5 years, she has been privileged to work with some remarkable brands, photographers, designers & other creatives, including but not limited to Sokolov Jewelry Russia, Wix.com, Svarga Lviv, Shutterstock and Chereshnivska Ukraine to create stunning imagery and other media. She has also collaborated with other brands such as Pangaia, Barner Eyewear and so on; as well as featured in the Opay Nigeria Beyond Banking campaign and some other commercial & promotional media for Kvadrat Sushi & Pizza, a restaurant chain in Ukraine.
Through her work, she strives to captivate audiences by creating visually striking and impactful imagery that leaves a lasting impression and ultimately succeeds in bringing stories & other creative visions to life. She prides herself in her adaptability and ability to embody diverse characters and styles – ranging from high fashion editorials to commercial campaigns while simultaneously ensuring that her air of natural fluidity and ease in front of the lens is beautifully maintained.
